Accreditation





American Heritage School received accreditation through NWAC (now AdvancED) in 2009. This affords AHS all the benefits of regional and national accreditation provided to public and private schools recognized by the Utah State Office of Education. In March of 2013, American Heritage School took another step toward dual accreditation by hosting a visiting team from the Northwest Association of Independent Schools (formerly PNAIS), which makes available to AHS a national community of teachers and administrators in other independent schools with whom to network and share best practices.
