Finance Director (FT posted 7/25/14): Successful applicant will have a minimum of 2 years experience using QuickBooks, a bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business or other applicable field of study, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a desire to work in an LDS-oriented educational atmosphere. Responsibilities include payroll, budgeting, invoicing, business licensing, bank reconciliation, and all other aspects of finance and business management in an active and growing non-profit corporation. Elementary Teacher (Grade 2) (FT) Minimum two-years teaching experience, preferably in a formal elementary school setting. Bachelors degree or higher preferred. American Sign Language Teacher (PT) Minimum two-years teaching experience in formal high school setting. Must have a bachelor's degree or higher. Teacher certification a plus, but not required. Competitive wage based upon experience. Starting date is August 2014.

Youth Orchestra Conductor (PT) Applicants should have experience teaching students ages 8 to 12 in a group setting. Suzuki training and degree in music preferred. Director is responsible to select music, work, with young students weekly, and coordinate responsible use of facility and communication with other program conductors and school administration. Competitive wage based upon experience. Position open until filled. Starting date is August 2014.

Middle & High School Classroom Aide (PT) A degree in English is preferred. The position will involve editing and grading English papers. Applicants should have an enduring love of youth, love of teaching, and love of the Restored Gospel. Competitive wage based upon experience. Starting date is August 2014.

Cross Country Coach (PT) Minimum two-years experience, preferably in formal Middle or High School setting, bachelor's degree or higher preferred. Must have an enduring love of youth, love of teaching, and love of the Restored Gospel. Competitive salary based upon experience. Position available immediately and will remain open until filled.

Custodial Professional (PT): Minimum two-years’ experience in custodial, facilities maintenance, or related field. Typical duties include cleaning, performing building maintenance, inspecting building and grounds to identify safety and security concerns, providing facilities and security support for after-school events, and other responsibilities as necessary. Must be supportive of American Heritage School’s LDS-oriented mission. This position is for the 2013-14 school year and is open until filled.

Open Teaching Positions (K-3, 4-6, 7-12, FT and PT) are posted as they become available.
