Kathy Jewell was born in Long Island, New York, and moved to Washington State at the age of four. Kathy joined the church when she was sixteen. She graduated from Granite Falls High School and attended BYU (Provo) the very next fall. Kathy loves learning and will be a student for the rest of her life. She graduated from BYU in Education. She is married and has five children, Ashley, Myles, Kora, Levi, and Kali. She loves spending time with her family playing games, reading, going over lessons and just spending time with them. Her hobbies are making books, reading, crafts, and trying new things. __________________________________________________________________________
