Upper grade students at American Heritage School and in the Alpine School District have known and loved Steve Miller as one of their favorite substitute teachers for years. Steve joins the American Heritage School faculty with an undergraduate degree in Geography from the University of Utah, a Masters Degree of Public Administration from Golden Gate University in San Francisco, CA, and nearly 30 years experience with Rockwell Collins as a Programs Manager. As a Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force and as a past member of the Armed Forces Communications and Electronics Association, Steve has a great love of science and technology. Steve developed a keen sense of patriotism and love of America's heritage while serving in the U.S. Air Force while working at the Pentagon in Washington D.C. Having joined the Church five years ago, Steve has also traveled as a stage technician with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir (his wife, Dianne is a current member of the choir). __________________________________________________________________________
