Bryce Taylor comes to American Heritage School with experience as a student-teacher at Lincoln Academy Charter School (American Fork), a seminary teacher at Spanish Fork High School, and over four years of youth coaching experience, including as an elementary co-ed soccer coach (ages 6-12), Junior Jazz basketball coach, and an intramural basketball coach for UVU teams.  With degrees in History and German Literature from Utah State University and Utah Valley University, Mr. Taylor comes from a family of educators, two of whom are previous teachers at American Heritage School (Bryce's father was our most recent seminary teacher for 9th Grade and Bryce's older brother, Kurt, was our science teacher in 2002-2003).  Set on a career path of teaching, Mr. Taylor has been seeking a teaching and learning environment where he says he could “help young people feel they are loved and needed as an active participant in the family, classroom and society” and where he could use his skills in a gospel centered classroom.  Mr. Taylor's interests include singing, writing music for guitar, teaching guitar, golf, camping and spending time with his family.  Mr. Taylor and his wife are the parents of one child and live in Pleasant, Grove, Utah.
